Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pathflow at pathflow.me, operated by Pathflow ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Pathflow is a hosted personal productivity application for individual use. It is not a team collaboration platform, enterprise project management tool, or financial advisory service.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscribers when billing is active.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person per account. Do not share login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Pathflow.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission
- Upload malware or abuse AI features to generate harmful content at scale
- Resell or sublicense access to the hosted service
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Pathflow. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — including sending relevant context to AI providers when you use AI features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of finance and personal data you enter. Pathflow does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice.
Free and paid plans
Pathflow offers Free and Pro tiers. Pricing and entitlements are described on our pricing page. When billing launches:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled case by case for billing errors
- We may change prices with notice to existing subscribers
During early access, all features may be available at no charge while billing is being set up.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathflow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you are on a free plan.
Termination
You may stop using Pathflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. You may request data deletion by contacting support.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law where Pathflow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
