Question 1

What is Pathflow?

Accepted Answer

Pathflow is a calm personal AI Work OS — a task manager, day planner, habit tracker, finance log, and work journal in one app. It helps you capture what's on your mind, choose what matters today, focus on one thing, and review what happened.

Question 2

Is this for teams?

Accepted Answer

No. Pathflow is built for one person. Every record belongs to your account — there are no shared workspaces, orgs, or team permissions.

Question 3

How is this different from Todoist, Notion, or Linear?

Accepted Answer

Todoist is great for lightweight tasks; Notion is a flexible workspace; Linear is built for software teams. Pathflow is narrower and deeper for personal work: one focus task, GTD-style flow, habits, goals, finance, and AI reports — without team PM complexity.

Question 4

What does "focus mode" mean?

Accepted Answer

Only one task can have focus status at a time. When you focus, you get a dedicated panel with a timer and work log — a signal to go deep on one thing instead of juggling many.

Question 5

Can I use it on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pathflow is a responsive web app that works in mobile browsers. Install it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Question 6

Does it work offline?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Pathflow requires an internet connection today. Offline support may come later.

Question 7

What AI features exist?

Accepted Answer

An AI day planner that suggests a balanced schedule, and AI daily/weekly reports generated from your work log. Both are hosted — you don't bring your own API key.

Question 8

Do I need an API key?

Accepted Answer

No. AI runs on Pathflow's hosted infrastructure. Usage limits depend on your plan.

Question 9

What are the AI usage limits?

Accepted Answer

Free includes 3 AI planner requests and 1 report per month. Pro includes 60 planner requests and 8 reports per month. See the pricing page for full details.

Question 10

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your tasks, habits, goals, and finance data belong to your account only. We don't sell your data. AI features send relevant context to our AI provider to generate responses.

Question 11

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

JSON export is planned for Pro subscribers. Free accounts can request an export by contacting support.

Question 12

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Contact support at support@pathflow.me and we'll delete your account and associated data.

Question 13

How much does Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Pro is planned at $8/month or $72/year (about 25% off annually). During early access, everything is free while billing is being set up.

Question 14

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When billing launches, you'll be able to cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will revert to Free at the end of the billing period.

Question 15

What stays free forever?

Accepted Answer

Core workflow: inbox capture, task statuses, today plan, focus mode, calendar scheduling, basic habits and goals, work log, and daily review. We won't paywall completing tasks or basic productivity.
